The Global Classroom addresses the challenges and opportunities of study abroad by offering an academic model that provides valuable context for processing the student experience at every step of the way. Critically, to book also speaks to practitioners, reflecting on changing dimensions of education abroad in the wake of the Covid-19 pandemic and providing them tools to better link student preparation with considerations like safety, risk management, and response.
